Greetings, Jerry, Judy, Chris & BMS staff --
Just a note to extend my sincere appreciation for
the quality care and delivery of your services yesterday.
Things came off without a hitch -- just the way
I'd hope they would when we committed to this presentation six weeks ago.
Oh -- the PowerPoint show would have been more
effective if I'd have added more creativity, some recorded sound and graphs,
but that was my lapse.
My satisfaction of dealing with your firm began
last Friday when I hooked up with the owner himself -- well after 5 p.m. --
who assured me you could help and wouldn't forget about me.
I continued to be pleasantly surprised as Judy,
Chris and someone else, kept their word in following through every step of the
way.
We're in a service business too, but I seriously
doubt that our sales and service people follow-through with small customers to
the extent you all did.
In sum, it was a just a great pleasure dealing
with your company. And I know the Hudson Chamber of Commerce & Tourism
Bureau sincerely appreciates your gracious accommodation of its conservative
budget.
Believe me, I'll sell your wares and
professionalism every time I get the chance in the future!
