Information gathering forms are professionally coordinated and thus, objectively designed for your conference by Dr. Ed Hancock of StatScan Services and provided to you.  As the forms are completed by the attendees in their privacy, the data is scanned and electronically sent to Dr. Hancock.  Dr. Hancock analyzes the responses of each survey and a report(s) from the surveys are communicated in report form back to the appropriate conference coordinator.
