1. You Use The Right
Equipment For The Job Eliminate
the real costs of inefficiency due to using the wrong speed, memory capacity, lumens or brightness - the wrong equipment or type of equipment, and the
maintenance and repair that goes along with that type of equipment use. Rental equipment i.e. the
right laptop, the right sized AV projector and/or sound

2. Minimum Purchased Inventory
Ownership can be very
expensive up front, over time and - especially when the equipment is idle.
Combining the ownership of basic equipment with as
needed rental equipment, will minimize this idle time and thus reduce your
idle equipment expense time and reduce the overall cost of having so much equipment around.

3. Warehousing
Use of rental equipment
eliminates the need for additional or extra storage areas, thus eliminating or reducing an overhead expense - a cost of
doing business can be controlled
and minimized. Why pay full time money and full time "housing", when only part time or a
"once in a while" use is needed?

4. Breakdowns Virtually all equipment is subject to
occasional breakdowns, malfunctions or why doesn't it do...? However,
when rented equipment breaks down, idle time is minimized through replacement by the BMS Computer & AV Rentals. Your repair costs are
minimized. Unfortunately, we haven't found a way to handle or cover
breakdowns due to frustrations or abuse. However, we are working on it. And as our leasing company, OS Leasing has a break-thru, we hope to have one in

no mechanics, no added maintenance payroll or maintenance record keeping.

6. Equipment Obsolescence Ownership
of equipment involves the risk of rising wage costs and slower job completion time
due to owning worn, obsolete models when new, more productive,
faster models are available from BMS Computer & AV Rentals.

7. Disposal Costs Preparing your used, obsolete equipment for
resale, advertising it for resale and its people selling time - all these are cost factors of ownership
that do not occur when renting from BMS

and low cost. Your rental cost does not escalate or increase

9. Inventory Control The
presence of continuous billing on rented equipment establishes personal accountability.
Inventory loss due to pilferage is minimized. Depending on how long you rent and how many items you rent, we
can create a custom "Rental/Lease" unique for you and your organization - where upon delivery of the
rental product you tell us where the product will be located. If it
moves from that location, simply notify us and we will change our records. Thus, your record
keeping is minimized as is your administrative
tracking costs.

10. Increase In Borrowing
Capacity Organizations that use rental instead of
purchase, find borrowing easier with better ratio of assets to liabilities since the
equipment does not appear as a liability on the balance sheet. (Not an
asset - with less cash in the bank and not a liability - AP or time pay or
lease). Your normal line of bank credit is not disturbed. For those of you
that use bonds in your work - you have just strengthened your position.

Cash Renting computers, gas plasmas, LCD’s and AV equipment
